Yeah, I thought of it last night at like midnight after 6 hours of driving... needless to say I was a little tired after working 8 hours. Probably should have fact-checked myself lol. Either way, it still makes you want to buy some.

I actually had another good post for here this evening but I can't remember what it was.

*edit: and yes, voltage and game fuel both f**king rock lol

I love Yahoo and their automotive service "advice". Apparently, conventional oil only needs changed every 5,000 miles (even though every day at work I get to see a giant list of Subaru's recommended services, indicating oil changes every 3,750 miles). Also, don't change your oil more often than every 5,000 miles because new oil has chemicals that can damage your cat. What I want to know is why the f**k is oil interacting with cats? If you have oil getting to your cat, your car has bigger problems than a bad cat.

Also, according to one of their "10 ways to royally f**k your car over... but you'll save a little money until you completely assrape your car and it blows up!" articles, it lists brake rotors, calipers, and brake fluid as "tools"... maybe it's just me, but that alone ruins the credibility of the entire article. Oh, and I didn't know this, but apparently you can buy $10 calipers. I want to know where I can get some $10 calipers. If anyone knows of a place, let me know. I'm going to change calipers with my oil. Also, last time I checked, you can't get your lug nuts off with a wrench. Maybe some people are more skilled mechanics than myself and have figured out how to use a wrench, but until then I'm going to keep using a socket and impact.

And a mechanic will charge $5-6 for a gallon of windshield washer fluid? Wait, what? We top off the fluids of every car that comes into the shop for free.

I love getting "advice" from people with no idea what they're talking about.

Impacts are still better. Takes 20 seconds to run down and tighten 5 lugs
