*edit: Oh, and kanarrjl, the S10 wouldn't be taking the place of anything; it'd just be a second vehicle that meets three requirements:
1) a cheap beater
2) easily slam-able (bags = lay frame)
3) able to haul things
Trying to fit a front bumper inside the stang made me realize I don't have enough room for cargo, and given that I still need to buy an entire rear end for the mustang, as well as skirts and possibly a hood, I need something that has some cargo capacity. So either I get a civic and make good friends (good enough that they'll let me borrow their vehicle for a weekend) with someone who owns a truck or I buy a truck.
