lmao, thats just as bad as my wife trying to install a game on her new laptop mini that has no cd drive, took her 10 mins to finally figure it out that she cant put a cd in her laptop.

Upgrade the clutches and get a custom separator plate with smaller check ball holes, get a torque converter with a higher stall, and BLAMMO! Instant performance transmission

Okay, maybe there's more to that, but I hate working with automatic transmissions so much that I don't even want to think about what you'd need to do internally to fully build one.

 

i had a ram with a high power torque converter with a 1800 stall it was pure sex on that truck dang do i miss that truck

 

i dont want an automatic so i would never build one.. i love my hatch, just wish i could switch inbetween auto and manual.. auto for long highway road trips and for my mom, manual for around town fun and snow.. im tired of shifting my auto to 2nd gear so i can make it up a hill haha

 

Automatics are actually faster than manuals when they're modified correctly. Just throwing it out there.

*edit: not saying I'd ever want an auto no matter how fast it is. I'll take the fun of manipulating a clutch over letting the car do its own thing any day.
