I dont know how many have seen my civic or knew I got into a wreck in like September but the court date is tomarrow at 8:30 a.m.

As of know I dont know what will happen, I know I will not have to pay for his car because I had insurence but it was just liability so did not cover my car. Well he did not have insurence so sense the wreck I have still been making payments on my car which sucks because it looks like the front end has been hit by a mack truck. But what I am hoping and what I have heard is that even though I just had liability that my insurence company will go after him being they could be lossing a customer being they think i dont have a car. So if my civic gets paid off I will go buy a new car with-in the next couple weeks.

^Yeah, STi or the new Si waaaaaaaay before the SRT-4. I can respect the fact that they're fast as crap outta the box, I just have my doubts about their longevity...

hell yeah man. good luck in court. I almost bought a neon b4 i bought my civic, im glad i didn't. they really don't don't last for very many miles.
