damn jdmhatch taht is a nice bike.. my friend has a 04 CBR 600RR.... back on topice, when i had my olc SR5 other people in sr5's and GTS's would wave to me, and i would wave back, maybe cause there was only 5 people in my home town that had one, and about 6 people here in Fredericton... it was cool, i have only gotten one wave from a civic owner, he had the a white EG si hatch.

I think for cars you only do the wave in your own little group. I always give a look and a nod or wave for other 06 civic coupes. But I wouldnt go out of my way for just another civic. When you have something a little rare though your head is always on a swivel because your being eyeballed at every light. People wont just wave, they ask you to roll down your window to ask you about the car.

if i see a tuner, or tricket out bike, i give the little 3 finger wave, off the steering wheel, or off the top of my door, if my hand is resting there, most of the time they do it back, but everyonce and a while they dont!

yeah i was driving my dad's vette also and i waved to every vette i saw cuz i saw him do it and me i'm just that way.. it's seem's polite and you get somewhat respected for your gesture, you know what i mean... but i'm just that way i have to wave to a civic, vette, or bike owner, depending on which car i'm in, i can't ride the Harley or the Chopper cuz my dad's over protective and... i don't have my motorcycle lisence... lol that might help though... here's some pics of the bikes and the vette... the chopper has an awesome *** paint job it has all the mopar emblems in it he's a dodge fan not me though...

I usually give the nod if the other guy (or girl's) car looks nice. I think the problem with waving, is that a lot of car people are insecure. They're used to being revved at, and people trying to get them to race and ****, theres a lot of morons out there with cars. So they'd just assume ignore your wave, just in case you're a dumb *** ricer that's only going to put their life at risk.

Yeah, that's actually HUGE in the MINI community. MINI people are sooo friendly, it's great.
