as in intially?... yes.. this ahole state cop showed up... after the local cop showed up.. had the police wouldnt have been called i woulda been fine.. i literally didnt wanna have 911 called because i didnt wanna have to deal with the ambulance and the firetrucks... oh well

 

Look what did she write on myspace? Does she admit being beside you? If so print it and call the police if she admitted being beside you thats proof enough.

 

yeah she admited to leaving the scene claiming there was a cop on top of the hill that she saw... of which didnt show up till almost 5 min later..cause i was frantically looking for my cell phone for somewhere between 5-10 min before someone let me use their phone.. plus i called my mom before i called 911

regardless if they total your car or not they will still give you what the car is worth and then give you the oppurtunity to buy it back. So if you turn her in they total your car and give you 3000. you then have the option to buy the car back for a few hundred and walk away with over 2000.

 

so is there a police report that states that you were run off the road?

 

that is what i told all the cops/firecompany/ambulance/whitnesses... but i doubt the ******* cop took it down

even if the accident was your fault, its the cops job to have the scene cleaned up so there wouldn't be anymore accidents due to the debrit that was kicked up. you are at no fault for the next accident that happened there. i say fight that **** and get that girl in trouble. so what if you didn't have insurance. it wasn't your fault any of this happened.
