totalled my tundra
You've all seen the ad on tv how the toyota tundra is indestructable?
I hit a deer while going 60mph and just got the insurance papers back.
It's totalled. Full size doe broadside jumped right out in front of me from
bushes on the side of the road, never saw it 'til it was hit.
Now my only transportation is the honda civic.
Got to find another 4x4....I can't live without one

RE: totalled my tundra
It WAS our second car now it's our only car.
I have to do something fast, my wife is sitting home
all day without a car to drive until I get home.
My boss said he had a cherokee for 8 years and
never had a problem with it. I was kind of thinking
about that anyway since there are a blue-million of those things
running around, it probably offers the best bang for the buck.
No more v8's anyway gas will never be cheap again so whatever
we get will be a cmopromise between size and fuel efficiency.

O also. Id stay away from the cherokees too. Thats just my preference. Id check out the Silverado/Sierras. They are available in v6's and still 4wd. And remember, Chevys are like a rock. Haha no seriously tho, Ive probably listed all the hundreds of ppl i kno who drive Chevys on here, my parents have one and its great. We keep it well maintained and nothing has happened yet. Its an 02, with about 40k miles on it. We didnt need an extended warranty on that thing cause nothings ever been wrong with it.

RE: totalled my tundra
The last time I saw the deer it was flying through The air
with it's feet sticking up. It was knocked back in the weeds
and I didn't even think to ask it how it felt.
I was P. O. 'D
BTW......the air bag did not deploy and the radiator and
battery were punctured
