Thats not going to accomplish anything. Young people don't get into accidents because they do not have the physical ability to drive a car. THey get into accidents because they aren't experianced at predicting accidents and/or they do stupid things. Old people on the other hand do not have the physical ability to drive a car. Their reflexes areslow and thier reaction time is slow, this causes accidents. When they see a hazard, they cannot react fast enough to avoid it.They are old so their reflexes are not as good. This isn't a problem for young people as they are in thier physical prime at 16-18.
