this really sucks i worked hard for my money, worked every single day put all my money into my car and this drunk idiot blows a stop sign and hits me and trys to run away little did he know my turbo EG cough up to him in seconds lol. i know it doesn't LOOK bad but it really is. i don't have full coverage insurance and i haven't gotten the police report so i don't know if he has insurance if he doesn't have insurance what can i do?? i don't have any money to fix it my self :[
the thing that really pisses me off that it was my second day with my VX rims on advan tires took me 6 months to look for the rims and now one of them is bent

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Since he tried to get away you probably already won your case so if he doesnt have insurance you can just sue him.

 

Only problem with that is he still has to have money before you'll get anything from sueing him[&:]

Yeah if he has no money its not going to be easy to get some out of him but if im not mistaken he has topay somehow. So if he owns a car or house you can put a lein on it to get the needed money.

You may need to speak with a lawyer to help you get all the paper work in order but eve if he has to pay you later on its better than nuthing.

 

Your insurance company may pay it since it's not your fault if he doesn't have insurance. However, they'll go right after the driver who hit you for the money in many cases.

 

^^^ thats only if you have a liability insurance with uninsured motorist

 

dam that sucks.... but like said at least it doesnt look to bad.... hope the door pillar isnt bent but if it is it can be shimed at least. looks like new door, fender, wheel and maybe some ball joints if it hit the wheel to hard.....

tho either way i would DEFINATLY be hiting up the cops to find out as much as you can!!!!!!
they should have gave you a report or something!
hell my dad got bumped from another 2 car accident that scratched his bumper and of course my dad wants it fixed if its not his dime! and he got a report from the cop before driving off...

i went to the police station to get the report but they told me i have to wait to get it on the mail witch i think its effing retarded .
