RonJ, while I know it is not smart to assume 100% that he stole the car, why do you have doubt that he stole the car? The car was stolen, he was found after he crashed it. No info has surfaced (to us) that would indicate anything other than him being the person who stole it. I would say there is a very small chance that he was not the person who stole it.
Also, that car would probably be extremely hard to sell, which raises extreme doubts that he bought it from the thief.
One last thing I would like to add is that the thief did not have the title, so any buyer would obviously know that they were buying stolen property, which in the end is just as bad as stealing it in the first place. So, even if the man who died bought the car from the thief, he still committed a wrong equal to the initial crime made by the thief.

theres no one asking for help with a car he can research and post up helpfull diagrams of stuff so he just wants to argue to pass time... i bet rons favorite class in school was debate!
i got no beef with you ron but you do tend to take arguments to seriously! and i did unsub... but when i look at new posts i seen page 9 and im back. what i cannt resub back? i didnt know that was a rule of words that i cannt return...
