well his gf bought him the new purple adj cam gears and he replaced them him self
and ever since then couldnt get the timing just right, so i drove a long ways to goto him and help him out, i had the timing cover, pulley and stuff pulled off and set the timing.
after we got it runing ok he got a timing light and we timed it, put it all back together
we for a test drive and we were drive 13 mph and the belt jumped again, so we had his grandpa come down with the truck and tow it back to the shop. once we got it to the shop and pulled it all back apart i reset the timing got everything lined up and belt on i torqued the tensioner(put a little stank on it lol). that was the reason the belt jumped because he wasnt tightning the tensioner down enough. its got stage 4 cams and double valve springs and stuff so it has alot of tension. then we got all the other bugs worked out and now its ready to roll.
he's got a really nice coupe its got a b20 with high compression pistons, stage 4 crower cams, adj cam gears, arp headstuds,dc header, 100 shot of wet nos and his ecu is chipped and programed he has a nice set up and ready to ride.
