today i spend2 hour washing my car and waxing it,spraying some tire shine on the tires cleaningit outand stuff than about and hour later it just start to rain. and rained for about 3 hour straight. the sun was so darn hot when i was washing i than out of no where it stared to rain when i went inside to take a shower.

 

Thats like the worst thing that can happen. Its prett upsetting, i normally just try to run down soon as it stops and clean off the dirty water. If your car is clean as it looks, you should be able to get away with a wipe down.

I know how it is though, we work hard to make it just perfect then the rain comes and destroys all our work lol.

 

I feel your pain. My girlfriend and I washed my car this weekend. As soon as she finished puting the armor-all on the dash, is started pouring. Luckily, All I had to do was pull my car 20 feet up into the garage. It still got pretty soaked though. =/

 

everytime i spend at least a few hours washing and detailing my car, it will usually rain the next day or so.

If you put in your zipcode it will tell you if it is going to rain that day [8D]

 

^ what the hell do they know weather forecasters lie all the time.

Use good detailing products and you wont have to worry about water spots

 

Or , wax the car in the garage.

I always check the weather before I wash my car, if its going to rain in the next couple of days I wont bother.
