it's got a lot of miles on the car, CV joint boots are busted, i ran over a curb and front bumper is messed up. i kinda want a newer car as well.
If you've got money for payments, you've got money for the repairs. It is always cheaper to keep an old car going than to buy a new car. Your '98 is not that old. I understand your beingtired of driving the "same old" car though. Fix it up and save your money for after you graduate. The amount of money a new car depreciates the first year will buy a lot of repairs on the old one.

Now that I think about it, I have no idea why you would want to get into another debt. IMO, that's the stupidest thing one could do while in school. If you decide to sell this car - get a reliable beater.

took the words right out of my mouth. That car is very well balanced and hugs the curves quite well. A drift car would be something like AE86, 240sx, supra (which is very tail happy and handles like crap), or an '80s RX7.

Scion=Rice maybe just because there is some fool where I live with graphics platered all over it and has a Turbo sticker on the front even though it is NA.... Not to mentions spinners. For the price of a TC I'd get a Type-s

Are you joking? Acura is more expensive then TC. That is of course if you're comparing same years and mileage.

But I do agree that RSX is a much better car in all regards.

How much do the TCs run. 15-16 grand? I'll admit the styling isnt bad. But those things are heavy as hell and I hate them mainly because every person that drives them around here tosses a Systemand an intake on it with some stickers and thinks theyre the shiat. Basically the way I see it TC=Automatic Rice
