the fastes super car around is a vett but not the one spoken off. the 88 callaway sledgehammer is the fastest car, necxt to that u have a few bugatti concepts and the twin the the s7, the chrysler me412 which would rape the s7 hands down. to quote one of the designers of the me412, they hit 210mph in there 5th gear. the me412 has 7.
the top car by power to weight is the TVR speed 12

RE: Saleen
ur talkin about the mclaren f1 right? if so...lets look at these numbers:
McLaren F1
1/4 mile: 11.6@125.0
0-60: 3.4
0-100: 7.7
0-100-0: 11.5
Slalom MPH: 64.5
Skidpad: 0.86
Saleen S7
1/4 mile: 10.8@131.0
0-60: 2.9
0-100: 6.5
0-100-0: 11.2
Slalom MPH: 72.0
Skidpad: 1.02
both times are from the Saleen website. here are the times for the F1 on the mclaren site
0-60: 4.0
0-100: 6.7
0-100-0: 11.5
so you can assume that saleen was being generous on the F1 considering their times in it were faster than mclarens
in conclusion: S7 > F1 => F1 NOT top supercar
