Oh well. My intent is to hunt fairly, but damn I wanted that rabbit. Turned him into jerky too. I'll hunt within time regulations next time. Thanks.

Why wouldn't you be able to hunt in your own yard? In ohio, if you don't have a license, you are restricted to only your property.and if you have a license...you can hunt anywhere you have permission. Only problem I could see with hunting on your own property is if you lived in town.

Some towns might not like the idea of people shooting guns in thier backyards, especially if you are in a city where the houses are pretty close together. I'd feel uneasy if my neighbor was shooting a gun in his back yard since his backyard is pretty close to my yard/house.
