Screw them and their 18 wheels. It's called increasing rates for service. If striking is what they feel they want to do, so be it. This country, especially the North East, has a magnificent railway system that can bring products to every major city. This country has the second highest coal deposits on Earth. We could have the steam engines rolling in no time. It's old school, but hey, "Git er done!"
