Please tell me I am not alone at doing this. I cought myself always glancing at the shifter when I'm about to shift. It's just so damn fascinating to see the shifter move from one gear to another...can't take my eyes off of it during that fraction of a second...

I look at the revs when i shift to see if i can do it fast enough that they dont drop too much.

damn........am i the only one who shifts by sound? i dont look at my shifter or tach...........i used to have a monster tach and disconnected the shift light because it would **** me off.

 

i put my shift lite at like 5 grand just incase i get excited and forget to shift, i usually watch my RPM's but i never watch the shifter..im going to have to tomorow

 

I shift by sound and I can **** without looking at the shifter...it's just so damn fascinating to watch i move....plus sometimes I forget that I have no sixth gear.

 

u musta been on something roto...hahah ur not alone final. i almost never look at my tach or shifer when driving, my exhaust is loud enough to let me kno when i need to shift..
