Hey fiirk, I'm not sure how much you know about this stuff, so if you don't know the answer don't try and search it,ill find it...but on all the new nanos, classic, and the touch (which is the one I want). Under requirements it says Mac OS X v10.4.8 or later. Does this mean I'mout of luckif I have a PC?

*****Never mind, It says right on the site it works with XP and vista, I'm just a idiot.

AHAHAHAHAH!!!! man when i get back on the phones i know i am gonna want to do that... i have been off the phones for a month and a half...
Yeah dude I feel ya, when I sold TVs at Circuit we used to have to answer the phone and answer questions over said phone all the time. Do you have any idea how impossible it is to teach someone how to use their no name brand TV without physically being able to see it? It's impossible, people are too stupid to understand simple instructions. IE:

TAKE THE RED PLUG AND PLUG IT INTO THE RED SLOT THAT SAYS VIDEO ONE!!!

Yeah it's pretty nuts. i've never done tech support or anything before, but i work at an arcade and it can be just as bad. Not only do I get phone calls from people thinking we are an amusement park, video game store (like Game Stop) and whatnot, but I also have to deal with people face to face constantly calling out games "broken" or "a damn ripoff" or something like that when it just happened to have a ticket jam or didn't register a token right.

My job has made me realize that generally people don't know what the hell they're talking about.

The biggest headache is trying to trouble shoot with people to figure out what exactly the problem is, you end up going back and forth with them for like 10-15 mins just to figure out that it's a problem that could've been fixed in 5 seconds if they would've just described the problem right to begin with. It's why I love shows like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEqw9o62ncQ (it's only part 1 of episode 1 so you'll have to find the other parts to see the whole thing.. should be on the scrolling side bar tho).

But yeah anyway the Touch looks pretty neat, it's not even out yet and people are already trying to think of ways to possibly hack it. One of the most interesting ones I've heard so far is that it's rumored that it has bluetooth capability, so people have been thinking about pairing a bluetooth mobile headset to it and finding out a way to install a VOIP service like Skype to it, essentially turning it into a cheaper (albeit stripped down) iPhone. I just don't like how it's only going to be uo to 16 gigs. For such a big player seems like they could've added a bit more storage. Tho I am digging that it's flash storage and not HD-based. Even tho I'm sure it'll eventually get hacked I don't use iTunes so it'll be worthless to me for the most part anyway.

I'll probably end up getting either a Cowon iAudio 7 or the Meizu M6.
