I was going home from work today at about 3pm. I live in southern cali, and the traffic was flowing at about 65 - 70 mph. There was a white civic in front of me going at the same rate of speed about 15 yards away from me, a formidable distance. All of a sudden the civic in front of me slams on the brakes and in about 2 - 3 seconds it hit the car in front of it. As soon as I see this I slammed the clutch and the breaks both, and when I noticed that I wasnt about to stop in time I hit the E-brake and swivle the wheel left and then right to where my cars back end slid and i was left perpendicular to traffic while staying in the lane i drove on, luckily the car behind me trailed by quite some distance. I didnt hit anyone and no one hit me, Thank God. Luckily no scratches and no accident, which is more than I can say for the vehicle in front of me, as i drove by it, i noticed it was pretty trashed.

Pay attention when you drive dammit!!

 

Damn, youre lucky you were ok. Damn Cali drivers honestly tailgate like crazy. But Ill admit Im guilty of it too sometimes. And dont you hate how you can go from cruising at about 80, and then all of a sudden traffic is stopped in front of you and you better be paying attention, or youre gonna be chillin in the person in front of you, trunk. It sucks. And too much traffic!

 

Yeah it can suck...one minute youre driving comfortably and Bam, youre sharing the driver seat with a stranger!!!

 

yeah, about fives times already, i had people tried to change into my lane when i'm right next to them.[:@] how blind can they be to not see me.

 

I hate when people ride too close/dont brake until the last second, which it sounds like this guy might have done. A guy I know totaled his Prelude doing that, and theres just no reason he should have. Youre right, pay attention.

 

I kno!! A lot of minivans and SUVs do that to me!! It drives me crazy! I might seem like a nice girl on here, but you should see me when I drive. Maybe its a Cali thing, but youll see gramas flippin the bird at some jerk who just cut her off. Or someone she just cut off haha.

dam that happends to me a bit, just yeasterday the road was slippery on the highway and everyone was crusing at about 120km/h then all assunden everyone slams on there brakes, i was driving a good distance from the guy infront of me but what if i hit a patch of snow and slid..oh ya, the reason why it slowd is because 2 car accident in the gardrail taking up 2 lanes..i got a pic on my phone of the one car as i slowly drove by

 

im one of the nastiest drivers in this area.. i dont take ppls crap..really comes from growing up in allentown and learning how to drive in big city phillie traffic... i drive threw nyc with no problem now... i cant wait to get to cali!!

 

Only problem with that, is that in cali people are stupid. It doesnt matter how aggressive of a driver or how skillfull you might be, the truth is:

YOU CAN ONLY DODGE A DUMBASS FOR SO LONG!!!! ha ha ha ha
