Default NFS: Pro Street - Anybody?

Anybody get it yet?

I just got it on ps2. They're really pushing the whole "keep street racing off the streets" thing now. Racing styles are different, and you can get a Civic hatch.

I like drag because you get to warm your tires before, haha.

Haven't gotten to drifting yet.

Physics as in how realistic it is?

I mean, it's a lot more realistic than the last NFSs were. There's no going 170 hitting traffic and not losing speed. It's got those green GT arrows when you go around bends and stuff. Cars move kind of slow, but I think that's just because I just started the game today.

The basis of the game is all these illegal street racers have come together for a giant legal competition in the desert. So far I've driven a Cobalt, Civic hatch, S13, and a GTI. I could very easily look online for what cars are in the game, but I like to be surprised.

I think physics means how realistically the cars move. When you push the stick right, the computer recieves the input of how right you pushed the stick. Then the computer needs to do some physics calculations to figure out where to put the car next. If the physics on the game sucks, the gameplay is going to kind of wierd because the cars won't move quite right. I could also be that the physics calculations take too much processor time and the game runs slow. For PCs you can actually buy a phyics card that will speed up games by doing the physics calcuation on another chip instead of on the processor.
