RE: new(ish?) guitar
ok well i spent like two hours on her last night...but shes lookin pretty damn good. heres some pics.
back looking good. kinda blurry...but you can see how much of the scratches and dents i got out.
fretboard. again, you can see how much of the wear i got out.
myspace reflected off the back
i think it looks pretty good, still have a lot to do though. if anything i need to clean it more (im like tony and his cars when it comes to my guitars). im going to polish it a coupe times tonight and if i have to i'll restain it with my 'homemade recipie' to get the scratches out more.

Looking good man. Here's another perfect example of a trashed guitar... Tom Delonge's acoustic. Here's a vid of him playing it on the Killborn show with tape over the "potty words." This was back when it was new too.

Guitar looks great man. What kind of music do you and your buddies play? And you've got a nice line of guitars there. Guilds are amazing and so are gibsons. I've got 2 crappy acoustics and my babies are my electrics. I've got a gibson les paul standard (black) and a rosewood Godin (not sure if anyone has heard of Godin guitars before but they are pretty nice). I play alot of classic rock like GNR (sweet child o' mine, paradise city, knocking on heavens doors etc.) and new rock. Looking forward to hearing some sound clips of your new guit man.
