Man I hope the pricing of the new Nissan wont be competing with the new vettes. I dont think I could swing that.

The R34 style has a little bit of a muscle look to it. Im sure the new one is far better but its just got that look... I wanna say "vaginafied" kinda like that Jeep did to all of their 4 banger wranglers all thru the 90's. They finally ponied up and whipped out a V8 jeep again recently. Rubicon I think.

I am starting to lose it with Nissan. That Z platform is like heroin for that company. They can't get enough. God forbid a new body style gets developed in the sports car division. Hopefully the performance of this alleged beast under the "vaginified" coating will get me to have a favorable opinion of this car. Mustang GT500 would give the C06 a run for it's money.

If i was to get a small v8 4x4 id get a pre 78 Ford Bronco...two words: bullet proof. easy motors swaps and they came stock with a reliable v8 too. tons of aftermarket parts and good looks... I hate jeeps, especially after chryser bought them...

sorry, just had to get that off my chest.

^ what you said... I would rather go old school Land Rover (cant stop em) or new school defender 90 (the daddy of a jeep wrangler).

Corvette C6 Z06

Standing 1/4-mile......11.7 sec @ 127 mph
Almost 1.10g on the skidpad

Curb weight....................3150 lb

Car&DRiver's Mustang review

1/4-mile - 12.5@116
Curb Weight - 3600...

Almost a whole second slower, and i'd be really interested to see what it does on the skidpad.

EDIT, found it, .98
