I'm not going to do anything until after tax returns. I'm figuring I can have an S2k close to paid off within a few months of buying if I wait until then. The hard part is going to be getting a decent amount for the 'stang. But the cage is going to be a strictly bling thing (like most of the stuff I'm going to get if I go the S2k route). The car's going to be dumped on its nuts, so why not just go all-out? Other than the cage I'm not going to actually come out and say what I have in the works... that would ruin all the mystique, now wouldn't it?
And honestly, due to the potential cost of the S2k by the time I call it "good enough", I'll probably settle for a cheap EG to use as a daily. There's no way I'm going to DD the S2k... it's going to be too low, too uncomfortable, and too much of a gas guzzler for me to want to do anything other than cruise around in it and take it to the local hangouts.

that's the way to go!
i mean c'mon, the mustang is a joke compared to the s, it has twice the number of cylinders and more than twice the displacement and makes the same horsepower, and there's the looks and handling that the s is hands down the better choice. sure, the stang has more torque but that's not gonna help much around the track....... wait, you're not planning on tracking so nvm.
anyways, you won't regret buying the s

V6 mustang. The low-end was fun, though... it's going to be weird having to rev the engine past the mustang's rev-limit to hit deep into the powerband though
And I won't regret buying the car. What I will regret is the money I'm going to end up dumping into it. Parts imported from Japan aren't cheap.
