. Oh, by the way, Scuds are Soviet/Russian missles, I dont think we have them. We have missles called Patriot.
what makes you think I was talking about the US? You think I think we should extend our own troops to the Korean Pennisula? No

The UN needs to do something, whether they use the Russian military, Japans, China's, or anyone elses It doesnt bother me. At this point this is REGIONAL issue. Not a global one yet.
That would probably never happen. UN is the most useless organization in the World. When was the last time they did something meaningful. All they do is set deadlines for countries that refuse to follow the resolutions. When these deadlines expire - they set new ones. As a result people laugh at them. Countries violate the UN resolutions all the time (even the US, which went to Iraq against UN's will)
I never said they actually WOULD, i believe my first post quoted the UN as the biggest f ck up this century. It doesnt negate the fact that they do NEED to do something, whether or not they actually do has yet to be determined.

see post 23 lol

Well, te bottom line is that someone will have to step up to the plate in the future and I can almost guarantee that it will not be UN

China is communist BUT, china wouldnt do so well if we didnt give them anymore money and that would be dumb on their part to screw with us.

you know that china loan us the money to pay the war with iraq.
You know that China owes a lot of it's economic success to our industry scavenging them for slave labor? Chinese-American trade is in the billions annually, with both parties "benefitting."
yeah.....thats what the U.S. has always wanted. The main reason behind the Spanish-American war was to take control over the Philippines and be able to set a military base and from there be able to compete against the major European powers of the time in taking the big economic price, China.

I don't think that the U.S. can goto war with N. Korea. Our troops are spread to thinly as it is. The interesting thing here is that the Bush admin went after Iraq for WMDs when it was clear they didn't have any. However, Bush knew that N. Korea was brewing something up and sat on his *** about it.

Lol thats why I thought you meant send our troops over there. If they are ****ed up, why do u want them to send troops over there? To weaken N Korea then we come in and finish it? Let me tell you, nobody is gonna send anyone over there. That's why no bullet was fired during Cold War. Nobody wants to mess w the "real" WMD.

Japan is my homeland so I feel pretty credible to say that North Korea -after china- is the most dangerous and evil country in the world. China is not on America's side... China gave North Korea the missile technology while Russia funded them.

And sorry to break the bad news to you all, but WW3 started 5 years ago when terrorists flew some planes into New York City Buildings. We literally cannot invade Korea, our army is a self defense army and VERY VERY poorly armed. We are protected by Naval Base with many Aegis ships that can blow missiles out of the sky. I feel so bad for President Bush because he is trying to do so much, but he just cant control it.

We need troops in Iraq now because they are armed... North Korea is a VERY poor country that starves their people for money to build armies and other military purposes... We invade them and they will blow up American bases and kill the Japanese living around them. This is a very tough situation the world is faced.. If I wasnt married I would join the US military to help out any way I could.

Bush won't press for another war unless it is absolutly needed.
IDK, Bush will do whatever his military tells him...Bush doesn't run the show, he's just a speaker for our corrupt azz government. We know other governments are corrupt, ours just keeps it under covers the best they can.

The NK nuke testing was crazy, Kim just opened up a large can of worms. There is some $hit gonna go down soon, IDK if it's WWIII or Cold WarII, but it's gonna be one of the two. If there is no action taken then it opens the door for the bounderies to be stepped even further.
