well as many of you remember last month I got pulled over for "unlawful use of lighting". Well today I went to court for it and I got it lowered by 25$ not as much as i was hoping but hey i guess it pays for a tank of gas.

 

thats sweet dude, tomorrow i have to go to court because i ran a red light, that was green, turned yellow, (as i was passing the line) then turned red, right after that, so i had nowhere to stop, and the cop gave me a ticket...i am gonna try to fight it, so i will have a post about it tomorrow, at about 5 o'clock Montana time, so...that should B fun to read...LoL

 

Did they say anything about the law on lighting there?

 

no but when i looked it up the statue didnt mention anything about it. when I told the judge that and handed them to him he tole be it was a non-valid source apparently the state governments website is considered un-valid

 

well getting it lowerd is always good..to bad you still got charged tho, turn them off before you start moving next time
