Default my knee darnit

well i went to the doctor today and its not good i have four options 1. having my knee cap removed 2.a joint lubricant therapy 3. a procedure where they realine the knee cap 4. total knee replacement. so thats what i'm facing ,option one having my knee cap removed will stop the pain but i will never be able to bend down on it again, option two lubrication therapy will help the pain but its just a temporary thing. option three realining my knee cap it helps with the pain but it doesn't have a high success rate and i will have 1 year of rehabilitation, option four total knee replacement with this i will get relieve from the pain but while in surgery i could get an infection loose blood and have to get it from a doner and i will be laid up for three months with 8 months to a year and a half rehabilitation and option four is like reconstruction of the knee so i have six weeks to decide what i'm going to do thanks for letting me rant i needed to vent

Well there were complications in the surgery first of all. Some reaction to something but he recovered from that but now basically his knee is completely imobile and he just has troubles getting around. I think they are suing for the doctor soon.
