yeah mixman is fun but i would never record with it. you have to do it all live. thats retarded. you cant always be totally acurate that way. but its fun to mess with it in a field rave. people see that your doing it all live and it really gets them going.

 

yea, i used it for a friends techno party. worked pretty well. i've recorded some decent stuff with it, but it just takes a few times to get it well

ok, mr. dj....i want to give you some feedback, but first i need to know a couple things:

1. what type of techno sound are you going for? the song you sent sounds a bit trance-ish, to me. if you're going for that, awesome, if not, let me know and i'll offer you some more feedback.

2. who are your inspirations? that will also help me know what type of sound you're wanting to create.

there are definitely some cool parts in your song, and a couple things i would suggest leaving out. if you want to pm me or email me at my addy, i'll be more than happy to share some more of my input.

btw, you're awesome for sharing music with us. it can take a lot of courage to let so many people hear your music, especially when you don't know them.

i think of it more of a spiritual thing. i encorperate my feelings through my music. im really not going for a particular direction. im underground and i like it as a hobby not a carrear. cause jobs get boring because you have to do them. but hobbies are fun for a good long time. i would like some pointers but i also think if i let myself evolve than i will be bbetter and more unique. thus beeing a sound people are not used to hearing.
