Happy birthday! Thats a sweet gift to get from a bf. I asked my dad for a CF hood and possibly rims and he said no, cause "Im not a racer" or something stupid like that. Basically being a sexist man who thinks girls cant appreciate cars as much as men can. Its nice to see other girls really into cars on here. Most the girls I kno, if you asked em what kinda motor they had they wouldnt even know.

 

it's a bomz. not the most expensive out there, but i'm not really an aggressive driver, either. we installed it today and it's pretty damn cool. i don't think i'll see much improvement in gas mileage. it'll probably go down for a while because i like the way it sounds at higher rpms.

Well for me its a little different cause the majority of my male friends either ARE mechanics, going to school to become a mechanic, or know basically everything necessary about cars. Maybe its because of my love for cars that I became friends with ppl like that, cause now that I think about it, I dont have much in common with any of them except cars haha. I do have a few guy friends who arent into cars, but those are mostly like the club/party friends. haha.
