I was with Cingular back when it was Bellsouth.......then I decided to try Nextel.......got a 1 year agreement....I liked the phones, hardly ever used the radio feature and after almost a year I e-mailed them to ask what the exact date my contract would expire. They responded with the correct day and then promptly added a year to my contract......just to stick it to me. It took me 2 months to get them to admit they tried to screw me over but I finally got them to say they extended my contract becuase I got updated equipment....so I responded with WHAT new equipment.....I am still using the same equipment that I got a year ago.....I finally got out of that and went back to Cingular.....just goes to show that the grass may look greener on the other side but it is just as hard to mow!!!
