basically, I listen to everything that sounds good to me. It also depends on your mood. I like any metal, trance, some rap (particularily older tupac, snoop, dre, and DMX songs). I really hate those new, so-called "hardcore" bands, that sing in childish voices ( I bet you've heard them before, theres like a 100 new bands like that).

As far as rap goes...Em is the only one I'll ever listen to without vomiting. Mostly techno for me. Hard house, trance, chill...electronic music eats your children. Oh, and some metal/heavy rock is also good.

I push a lot of Iron Maiden, Slayer, Synergy, and Metallica in terms of metal. I can dig whatever though. Gospel and jazz are the only two genres which don't really catch my vibe too much.

I listen to everything that's on Napster (which is basically everything), because I got a Zen Micro and Napster to Go, so I just go through each category and fill it up. Then I listen to them to see what I like and don't like, and I delete the stuff I don't like.
