Might be selling the mustang in the spring

well it still all depends on what goes on this winter as far as work and if i can sell my car in the spring my dad is possibly opening a used car dealership in the spring so i would be able to sell one of my cars there

That doesn't seem a little retarded to you?
I bought the mustang for $4,800. I've put about $4,000 into it since then. If I put another $2,000 into it, I'll still be able to sell it for around $5,000 at most, meaning I'm looking at a $5,800 loss instead of a $3,800 loss. Besides, $2,000 nearly pays for an F4i.

LOL im messen with ya man....
your going to keep the stang unless someone flashes you some cash.
unless you get cash flashed i think your going to keep it and keep on modifying it.
i was very similar with my old silver civic. hell i was still buying parts for it when i had it listed for sale and i said i was going to keep it unless i got my asking price and when this chick came and looked at it and flashed the cash next day... well only then was it truely gone.
which i do still kinda regret selling it, but o well. im looking for a project civic every now and then that i can get dirt cheap that i know i can fix.
its purely a give and take reasoning in your head...
do ya go for the fun summer bike, or go with a year round vehicle with some RWD fun.
good luck either way ya decide/ YES to when the cash is in your face

Well, I'll pretty much lay it out here:
Bike Pros:
-Cheaper insurance
-Cheaper maintenance
-Great fuel economy (my worst average was ~32mpg, and that was riding like I was Nicky Hayden the entire tank)
-Fun
-Zen-like (you wouldn't understand if you've never ridden)
-Cheap to modify
Bike Cons:
-Comfortably ridable ~9mo out of the year
-A little less safe to have in KY (drivers here suck and the roads are very slippery when wet)
Mustang Pros:
-Attention-getting
-Torque
-I stay dry when it rains
-HVAC
-RWD
Mustang Cons:
-Insurance (not expensive, but twice the cost of a bike)
-20mpg mixed driving
-RWD is going to get me in trouble with the boys in blue one of these days
-Expensive to modify
Also, S13's can realistically be had for under $1,000 and are rwd.
And I think I could easily sign over the mustang if I'm getting a fuel-injected 600cc sportbike transferred to my name at the same time
I think I might just say screw it and save for other toys (listed in the "What?" thread) for the time being; after I pay for those, I might choose to either continue toying with the mustang or get rid of it.

thats what you should do.. either that OR get a few toys and save some for mods for the bike / civ / or whatever you get

hell id think the insurance for the bike would be more... hum...
i just couldnt drive a bike to many cons for me and to many bad drivers.
but 20mpg... thats not to bad.LOL my truck gets typically 15.5mpg pretty much no matter what i do! i thought my studed tires would effect the milage but so far its the same. but they do help out HUGE on slick roads! only downfall is when i wanna have fun i cannt kick the rear end out that good since those studs grip hard! only thing thats going to stop me on the road now is bottoming out the truck.
i wouldnt say the stangs to much $$ to modify tho... you just wanna go ***** out big
