Damn. This is hard!!! I drove around for 3 hours today just to take my mind off smoking. LOL I did fond some cool places to drive like a maniac though. I found a complex that has about five miles of virgin blacktop and no houses or anything. They were gonna build a neighborhood there, but went broke. so now there is just all this raod and nothing there. No speed limit, no stop signs, no cars. I love it!!!

I watched my dad die of an heartatack caused by jears of smoking.Never had a health problem in his life, and then from one day to the next he was gone.That was it for me, i quit smoking after 7 years, just like that.
It all depends on how bad you want it. Remember that it`s all in your head.

Good luck quitting...I've tried several tries, but ended up going back to that bad habit...

Stay strong, and it'll eventually get easier...

 

I quit like a month 1/2 ago and am still going,I have erges once and awile but it's getting better.I smoked for 9 years.Good luck and stay with it Windcalmer.

 

I really thought that after week and some change it would be harder. I am finding that its not really any harder than not eating something that you like. Fingers crossed. LOL

 

Count me in on quitting! I've smoked about 8 years, had my last one bout 9 hrs ago...thought about it a few times when I was driving (I ALWAYS smoke while driving) but not to bad so far...
