Looking to get a new civic this August!
So after having 2 trucks after my last civic, I now have a good paying job and as long as I last through my probation period (90 days) I will try to get a loan for either a 2011 Civic Dx 5 speed or a 2012 Civic Dx 5 speed. Just depends on whats on the lot when i go out there. I know i still have a few months before i will get it but i just wanted to share. I miss driving the civics. Wish i never got rid of the 93...

Haha, i want a brand new car for once... But yea its a new job. I have been working for about a month now, awesome pay but hours kind of suck. Working one day days and the next week nights...

Two things i can really only say:
-Buy a late model used car, so you save lots of $$$ compared to new
-Look how much you're willing to spend on THAT SPECIFIC Civic and decide if that's a better option than anything else out for the same price or less.
Sure it's nice to have a brand new car, but is it really WORTH it?

Do not repeat do not get a 2012 Civic damn Kia, Camry halfbreed :| And spend the extra to get a LX they have A/C where the DX doesn't. Then if you get a 8th gen ask me about cheap mods lol. SI front & rear sway bars, SI axle back even the Si struts & springs will work. Oh around here they have the 2011's marked way down so shop around you won't be sorry, I can put you in a low mileage 2009 LX sedan lol.

Haha, I am actually looking at the 2011's. I was looking at Carmax, but the 2011 SI sedan is 24, while on the Honda Website its 22 for MSRP. And I just looked at 2 dealers inventory near me and neither have any SI's in stock.
