Default little help?

I have seen stores selling these things back in the day, but does anyone know what the items are called that make headlights do this? Is it an LED kit? Thanks in advance.

i don't know if this is right or not, but it loks just like they have LED's in there, maybe they drilled little holes in the back of the headlap and put them threw... i would actually like to know exactly how they do that too(if what i said was wrong)

we used to call them city lights back in the day........they were just bulbs you installed by drilling a hole in the headlight assembly and installing them in there. the kit we used to use was just a plain bulb.

i have one of those they are called cruising lights, and it is just a bulb. Like they said before you just have to drill a whole in the headlight and pass it through. But for the full effect, it is better if you wire it through a switch so you could turn the headlights off and have the full glow like in the picture.
