I used money orders once, and the guy sent it back cause it was a post office money order and he claimed that it costs him $20 to deposit it in his account, after that i just use paypal now

im gonna open up a paypal account now, i mean i used a money order and it went down fine, but you guys are telling me how safe it is and stuff, so i am totally using it now

 

i only deal with people who accept paypal - this way if i have any problems i can get my money back - my last 2 purchase i bought 2 CD's from 2 different people & 2 days after i paid for them they both were not registered with ebay anymore - but i did get my cd's-kind of made me worry

 

most of the time I do use paypal but I've used money orders before too and never had a problem. I guess its partly my fault. ebay has a policy though that is supposed to refund me part of the money. the only reason i went with this guy is because he had a little bit better of a price, I should have known right there he was no good...... he had all good feed back though, thats what gets me, .... oh'well, I'm still really pissed but live and learn. should have listened to my parents "trust no one!!".......

PayPal is extremely safe. I've used them for about 3-4 years and haven't had any problems with it. The only thing to be careful of is fake emails (supposedly from PayPal) that claim that someone overseas has tried to access your account. They ask that you confirm all of your information...PayPal will never do this!!!

 

I am going anti Ebay for now on. I got ripped off buying fake Tein Springs. And the last item i bought was not what I expected either. Theres too many scam artists on there.

 

damn man that sucks.......and it also makes us N. carolinians look bad as well.

sorry about what happened, but I think it's hilarious that it says "SHADY" right there in his address, lol. BTW, can you edit that out of your post, you can't ask everyone on the forum to harass someone
