I've used ebay for about 7 years and for the first time,I got ripped off $110 and I'm extremely mad. I tried to buy a custom chrome grille for my 1994 s10 truck, I have a honda too, calm down...... anyway, I sent a money order to this s.o.b for $110 and he sent nothing. I don't know if he made up some fake crap just to sell stuff on ebay but he was a registered user for 5 years i think i read. he deleted his i.d. off ebay and won't respond to any e-mails, so I guess I'm screwed..... I hope he gets his.....!!!!!! what an ***!!![:@]

 

I took his name off, i guess its the right thing to do.....

but this is a lesson for you and other NEVER EVER send money order.just use paypal or dont buy

And Im sorry that happend. But with money order you have no guarentee further than their word of product delievery.

 

Haha only a moron pays with anything other than paypal. Money orders are like cash, once he gets it, he is required to do nothing........paypal will refund you your $$$ if you claim him a dead beat seller.

It can either be linked to your bank account or credit card. But it is quite safe to use. Too be honest though, paypal's seller protection is horrible, unless you have proof of shipping the product which is why I always get confirmation when shipping items on Ebay. If you don't, you're basically screwed and the buyer could say whatever he wants and will most likely get a partial or full refund back. But yeah, money orders are possibly one of the unsafest ways to pay now. I've learned the hardway aswell, granted it wasn't for that much, but yeah. Keep trying man, I wouldn't give up on $110.
