Nobody ever started shooting up heroin or using crack ( oops, wasn't around yet ) . We caught a buzz, chilled for awhile, playedvideo games etc.

RE: job
yea i know i need to "grow up" but i mean...its too hard to have a full time job wearing a suit and tie, when im only 18 and have no experience whatsoever...i go to college full time taking 14 unints a semester...im talking about just getting a job thats a little over minimum lets say $8 an hour....just because i have long hair doesnt make me a stereotypical stoner either....because i have metal head friends that have never smoked before....Its like saying all people with shaved heads are racist...I just like long hair, im into music and i plan on majoring in music...i mean no offense "themoogly" but your what 24? i still have 6 years to become as successful as you so im not too worried

THats definatly a good idea, but the certification alone will not get you the job. I'm A+ Certified but I usually don't even get called when I apply for a Tech position. The thing is that you have to have the cert + experiance. Experiance is hard to get b/c no1 will hire you as a tech right away.I currently work at a cashier at CompUSA and I'm trying to work my way up to tech. However, I'm only going to work at CompUSA while I'm in college b/c my real career goal is to be an Engineer.

And to the original poster...you do know painters get paid a lot? I used to do that for a while too. Really easy to learn to do it right, not extremely challenging and no drug screens...
