RE: Intresting things about your town
Louisville Kentucky, nothing really muched happened here. Louis and Clark started their voyage across the river, but besides that, we have this thing where we give directions, except everything is in relation to something else (typically a White Castle). Its one of those "left at the flascube, then take your second right onto the interstate, go around the DQ, then straight at the high school. A lot of the stuff isnt around anymore, so it only makes sense to people that live here.

Let's see.
MY town (Delhi, NY):
-First pasteurization of milk took place up the road.
-Delaware River is just a stream that runs through town.
-Uh, I dunno
Rochester, NY:
-Headquarters of Kodak, Xerox & Bousch and Lomb
-3rd largest city in NY
-Smallest city in the world to ever operate a subway (long closed now)
-The Genesee River that flows right through is the second longest northern flowing river in the world... after the Nile. It happens to be the second most poluted in the US too.[:'(]
-I'm sure mxs has some others.

I assumed the largest would have been in Houston. I just learned something.
