ok i have a question, it seems that most poeple are moving onto the 6th gen civies and the newer ep3 and fgs, but i want to know how many 5th gens are left on this board....how many ej1's and eg's are still on here alive and strong....we should form a 5th gen group...that would be awsome...also how many ed/ef's are left???

 

i had an eg8 until about a month ago, now i'm on the cd6, looking to buy another eg since i have a lot of parts left over.

 

my next one is an EJ1 r an EF hatch....EK's I still can't learn to love

Not sure Roto. I am getting tired of the D series, and I want an 06 SI so bad........BUT!.........Im buying a 99 Ford F-250 Diesel for my business, and idk if I want ANOTHER car payment other than the truck. Id rather sink 5-6K into my car and make it "New" If I keep it I will be getting a swap (manual changeover too) and a new suspension setup. I can afford 5-6K much easier than 18K for a new civic, as I can pay off the 5-6 in 3 months or so, and not have a payment for 4 years, and insurance will stay the same. I just can not find a shop here that will do an import swap and do the tranny change too.........Ive got no clue how to swap...I just ordered an alum radiator for the D, to see if that helps with the coolant loss, if it does, im going to drive it until the tranny explodes, then worry about a new setup. Until then, I bank bank bank every penny.
