I bought a fixerupper a few years ago so I know what you are going through. It is amazing what some people will do to a house. I could only shake my head and wonder what they were thinking. I found carpet over linoleum over tile in the bathroom. Also had to rip out to the joists. It was worth it though,we paid 16k for it and sold it for 90k when it was done. we made about fifty but I don't want to do it again.

Congrats. that looks so much better. The sink cabinet really turned out nice. a lot better than that curtain that was hanging before. I like the color scheme too
