MccM, We will resell the house in probably 5 years when we're ready to upgrade. By then, I estimate the value of this house being at least 20g more than I paid.


Adam, the window trim is on the list for needs, but we need to finish the shower first. Good thought tho, I was wondering if anyone would notice it needed improvement as well. you perceptive bastard ANd yes, its very rewarding looking at those pics, and knowing I redid every inch of it myself.
