Acura = US/Canada/Mexico only entity...
Acura doesn't exist outside north america
and being as the images are tagged .ru (russia), i'd assume any acura product outside north america would be tagged as a honda...
for example
honda integra, honda nsx etc..

i dont really know, im not familliar with either the CRV or the Domani platform, but i think the Domani is closer to a civic than a CRV in terms of structural layout.

That was my reasoning. Now a CRV may be easier if youre doing a K swap along with it, which in that case a AWD k24 frankenstein civic would be insanely beastly.
