The other night I was heading home and hit this huge raccoon going about 55mph. He was clear on the other side of the road and ran out just in time to get in my way. It's like he was trying to commit suicide. I tried to dodge him but still ended up hitting him. Bad thing is, it snatched off my front lip and somehow pulled it off under my wheels so it is pretty much un-repairable... Broken in three sections.Needless to say, I'm going to have to get another one. [:@]

 

ouch. good luck on getting a new lip man. I, myself, have a few close encounters with them raccoons.

oh... I have about 6 pet raccoons... sad to hear that one died, anyway on a brighter note, you get an excuse to upgrade if you want to

 

Probably the same one. I kinda thought about the type r front lip but I really don't like how the center is not as low as the edges. I would like to get a carbon fiber Mugen lip but it's a little pricey.

i hit a bigass racoon last friday night in my fiancees car and it took a chunk of paint off the front bumper and broke the fog light and i hit it going about 55-60mph damn thing was the size of a dog

 

one of my friends actaully like just hit a racoon a few nights ago, no real damage to the car though, sorry to hear about the lip [&:]
