I talked to a few doctors about the once in awhile. They told me that its not really a health problem to do it socially/recreationally. One of them said smoking 5 cigs is about the equivalent of one day of walking around a city with exhaust pollution... which isnt much to begin with.

yes. It does. On average it takes like 15 years for an individual to have their lungs at full capacity as if they never smoked. The body regenerates constantly. Naturally, the lungs will get back to full health. Not many people know that for some reason. I guess anti smoking orgs are trying to make smoking out to be the worst thing in the world. Also, ive read some california study recently conducted that there is no evidence that 2nd hand smoking causes cancer. lol, california of all states said that so its gotta be true . Now of course if you sat in a room all day with 70% cig smoke, yea you might have a problem.

good for you Remmy, and anothre thing that people don't know is that Nicotine is only in your system for three days, so after three days of not smoking you are officially not addidted to smoking.... there is just that mental addiction of putting somethign to your mouth and inhaling, try using a pen with the ink taken out or something. well that is if you have trouble kicking the habbit... and i still say. "the best way to quit smoking is not to start"
