that's the point i was getting at...if you own a shop, and have paying customers, then drinking on the job CAN and WILL come back to bite you in the ***. someone's going to leave, screw up their car, and blame you for drinking on the job and fubaring whatever you were working on.
then they can sue for all you're worth, and would likely win.
