Mitchel Shell he liked the ""fart can" because all the young inexperienced kids are doing, he probalby just wanted to ""fit in"" but then relized 1. how loud and annoying it is after driving for a while.
2. its attracts cops and they harass you and give you a hard time. 3. other drivers that he drives by hate it.
