Default guys only

There is such a small number of girls on this list, but lots of guys, so I thought I would take advantage of this great opportunity, and see if I can get some help in understanding guys maybe a little better. Maybe not.
When you go out with a gal, and you like her do you look for a person to potentially take care of you like clean, cook, laundry, in bed, etc. Or do you look for a companion, and mostly interested in if you enjoy each other's company more than anything else. I guess this would be sort of like a poll. Not trying to offend anybody.
What do you find most important in a relationship you want to last.
Do you think women do the same to men? Expect certain guy duties? Do you enjoy that roll, or resent it?

Personally I get sick of the whole male female roll, expectations, just when I think I find somebody nice.

Yeah definately the companionship, I'm engaged, and I don't expect her to do all the cooking cleaning laundry etc, though with the profession I'm going into she may need to take a greater (not all note but a larger) percentage of that work than myself. As for cooking, I am by far the better chef outta us, but I can't make those southern dishes like she can.

Most important thing in a relationship is communication. Hands down.

I think women do expect certain things from a guy, house repairs, yard work, putting dishes IN the dishwasher not just on the couter near the dishwasher, things of that nature. i can't say I resent it, but sometimes it's expected on an unrealistic shedule.

you can thank feminists for that. all feminism is... girls want to be just as lazy as most guys.[8D] but bitches take it too far at times.

Now it's not that I can't cook, I'm a very good cook, and can clean, sew, well all that girly crap, but some days I'd just like to not have it expected of me, and maybe just work on the car and have a few beers, or go for a ride.

Yes I read that article, and we all need a little lovin to make our heart beat better.[sm=drlove.gif]

i think everyone is overlooking the real deal. its not who cooks, cleans, and works. its when your confortable with each other. all that other**** is just steriotipical garbage that we base so much on.
