... waited in line at Wal-Mart - to buy a freaking XBOX 360. lol.

I don't even like video games, but my coworker was in line all night to buy the few that our local store had shipped in tonight, so I said what they hay, and got in line with him at 11:30 p.m.

we got our tickets at the Lay Away department to buy ours. the store only received 10 "premium" models that are equipped with HDs.

my coworker, his kid, his kid's friends and his wife, all took turns waiting in line for about 7 hours to get the XBOX since he didn't get the premium model right before christmas. He was only able to get the xbox "core" base model instead - and that was after waiting 8 hours in drizzling rain.

his son told him to "take it back" and wanted to wait until he could get a premium model instead of the base model.

well, i just walked up about 10 minutes before they started handing out tickets for the XBOX's and I was number 8 on the list.

after that I had to stick around until midnight, with my wife and kid, to buy the XBOX that I had to get a ticket to buy!?

so when I bought it, i just looked at the box and, uh, nuthin. It doesn't do anything for me. I just bought it to say i did it.

i'm gonna put it on ebay. lol.

Byers and the point to all of this was what again..... you were bored and loved Walmart so much you just had to be there to stand in line for something you didn't even want........ you are insane!!! What you got planned next year??? ... might i suggest a trip to the dentist!!! lol
