I'll take my great games, endless support for my open source programs, my RIGHT-click button, and endless other things for the risk of a virus.
Although the Mac's do have great video editing software that comes with it compared to Windows Home Movie Maker.

My computer including my monitor cost me a grand total of $320... and it's great quality backed by an alright company (Compaq...yes but it was cheap..).

AMD 64 3400+, 160 GB, 512 Ram for $220??? Yeaaaaaah, I could buy 40 games and still pay less than you will.

great games (i probably game more then you do. on my mac.)

open source programs? (i have had NO trouble finding ANY program i need or want.)

RIGHT CLICK BOTTON...(if you knew anything. you would know that not only are the mice that mac released oh a good almost year ago. ARE right and left click. and that they are and always have been fully able to use a 2 click,3 click, 10 click mouse.)

endless other things for the risk of a virus. (i dont know what the heck that means, but if your saying that I am at more risk for viruses, from being on a mac. you are the most confused little boy i have ever talked to. yeah. i wil take my UNIX based OS, that wont install ANYTHING, NOT ONE kb, without my permission. over your crap windows, that is an open door to everything.)

thats nice for you that you have some crap display, an overheating processor that cant communicate with its mb. and a worthless OS..all backed by compcrap(who has a terrible reputation) all for $320. i hope all your hoping to do it load AIM.

i hope you read all that before your blue screen of death comes up.

I said I had the risk of virus, you must be a confused little boy then if you did not understand the sentence.

You probably do game more than me seeing as how I do not game as much as I used to, but when I do I bet I have more fun than you.

It's spelled button.

My crap display is 19" of flat screen goodness, which by the way, is just perfect for me.

You seem almost bitter talking about Windows, my processor has never overheated and it has performed excellently in regards to my memory. I'm quite sure Apple's customer service is much better.... And my worthless OS is used by millions of people around the world.

Your premium that you paid in price and the premium you will pay for first party software will always lead to you paying more in the end, not me. I can go out and buy 4 more and have half a LAN center set up for the price your Mac costs. mkay.

And finally, it'll soon be the RED screen of death. geez get your facts right!

lol...Maybe I should change the title of the thread to Mac vs. Windows

For those who don't know the new Macs sport the new Intel Core Duo processor....same as most other Windows based PC coming out.

The only brand names I buy would be Dell and Alienware. And Macs arent that damn fabulous. I gaurentee the pc was cheaper becasue there is a hell of a lot more market and demand for it. If you think about it say that he has a toshiba hard drive. Well, that same hardrive could very well be featured in over 3 different brands. Thus lest costly.

And about the windows thing. Microsoft OS will run FLAWLESSLY if you know how to use them.

My pc is 3 years old and runs faster than most peoples computers I know, its because I know how to run windows. I know what it needs to run and what doesnt. Put it this way. My PC is like a stripped out civic. Less crap in it so it goes faster.

Im not starting a war hear and nor do I really care to see one but Im just trying to make a point.
