i have never actually herd of people geting pulled for tint.... that a cop with nothing to do for ya.

Did she give u a repair order. b/c if you did not get a repair order or a work order saying youhave to have it done and then u hafta go back to the POPO station. and show them thats no longer illegal. THEN DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! DON"T CHANGE YOUR TINT. b/c if she did not document it. then you or she does not have any prior record or doceument saying that you were warned or pulled over for it and that you had to change it then you dont need to change it. now if they stop you again just make sure you have the sticker on your window. again CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

When I got mine done the guys put their company name in individual letters where my rear brake light is (you know the center one in the rear window) so when I braked it showed "T-I-N-T-M-A-S-T-E-R-S" black on red. Looked cool for about two days til the "N" fell off and it became " TITMASTERS ". So I just scraped the rest off with a razor.

BTW, don't feel bad, I got pulled over on XMas Eve. Got the speach..."Now son, everyone thinks they'll get a brake cuz it's XMas tomorrow, but not you." 55 in a 40 right before the sign that said 55!!!

 

i was wondering the same thing...it's not like i was speeding or anything. I'm guessing she just had nothing else better to do at 8 in the morning...that's the first time i've ever been pulled over by a county sheriff..usually its city cops...but even they don't mess with me about it...I've been sitting right beside them at a stop light and they never ay anything...

EH, they stop ya for the tint, if youre cool and respectful youll be sent on your way, but if your doing something else wrong *hint* *hint* then theyll lock ya up. I get stopped for my tint here in jersey every now and again, but i never get written, because im not a punk.

 

I got Stopped also on new years but i think he thought i was drunk and then blamed it on my tint said i couldnt have any tint to take it off but didnt give me a ticket or nothing ishowed em all my stuff as soon as he came up to the car and was pretty cool about it and in less than 5 mins i was on my way just told me to take it off i said ok but of course i didnt

 

I have heard stories of ppl in Gatlinburg, TN being pulled over by the city plice. and they actually have to take a razor and take this **** off right then and there. i dunno if this is tru or not but i have heard it. i dunno really know where u would pull over cause its like a strip mall on the street its kinda crowded it takes like 2 hours to get from one side of gatlinburg to the other on friday nights. and saturday nights. the strip is like 2 miles of nothing but shops and attractions and ****. if anyone has a GF and lives in estern tennessee this is ur lovers shop central.

 

take it to court. you dont need a sticker for tint. what if you did the tint yourself? then you wouldnt have a sticker.

besides, even if you do take it to court and lose you just have to pay the ticket and thats all.
